Plans are well underway for a new homeschool co-op which will be meeting on Trinity’s campus.

  • First, with the blessing of the Trinity Board for Christian Education, we have an official name: “Trinity Homeschool Academy: A Lutheran Cooperative.”

  • Second, with the permission of the Trinity Trustees, we are beginning to rearrange some of the classroom and office space in the building to accommodate the new ministry needs.

  • Third, we are still getting new families showing interest: 22 families so far, which could include 42 students.

  • Fourth, we have now sent out formal Applications for families to officially enroll. Therefore, the “interest” numbers we have been showing the past several months will soon turn into actual “enrollment” numbers!

This effort is being led by Pastor and Sarah Hartwig. The main goal is to provide the opportunity for specialized education, group activities, and mutual support for Trinity’s homeschool families and other homeschool families in the KML Federation and our neighborhood.
