Mrs. Sarah Hartwig was born and raised in Richfield, Minnesota. She is a Lutheran school teacher, having taught in classrooms ranging from Kindergarten to sixth grade. She was director of school music at Our Saviour’s Lutheran School in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and is an active church musician at Trinity. For the past several years she has also been teaching piano to grade school students at Trinity starting in second grade.

She has a B.A. in elementary education from Bethany Lutheran College and is a “Synod Certified” teacher rostered through the ELS.

She married Pastor Hartwig in 2008 and they are always busy with their four children and with their congregational responsibilities. In addition to teaching and music, she loves gardening, puzzles, playing games, and coffee.
